How To Actvate Internet Settings On your Gprs enabled phones
Activating MTN mobile internet
To get your 3G/3.5G/GPRS settings, text SETTINGS to 3888 on an MTN Nigeria mobile phone. Save the internet settings.

Zain, Mtn Free Internet Browsing Setup for Desktop and Laptop

*A USB Cord or Bluetooth device

Remember if you are using the USB Cord you need the PC Suite (It's the Software CD that Came with your phone if you bought it new).
If you are using the Bluetooth device, you need to pair the device first with it's CD installed.

General packet radio switching (GPRS) is a Mobile Data Service available to users of Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) and IS-136 mobile phones. General Packet Radio Service data transfer is typically charged per megabyte of transferred data, while data communication via traditional circuit switching is billed per minute of connection time, independent of whether the user has actually transferred data or has been in an idle state.
